President - Dr. Cristina Exhenry

Mother of 2 sons, Dr. Cristina Exhenry is a pediatrician and a specialist in sleep problems in children. She shares a private practice in Geneva, Switzerland and is the mother of two children.

In recent years, and particularly after participating in a 2010 postgraduate course at Dr. Beat Richner’s Kantha Bopha Hospital in Siem Reap, Cambodia, Dr. Exhenry has been active in the humanitarian work, taking repeated trips to Cameroon for educational purposes and setting up Kangaroo Care in a district Hospital close to Douala.

Dr. Exherny's main focus is the introduction of the Skin-to-Skin or the Kangaroo Care method in both emerging and developed countries. 

Vice President - Zaccaria Exhenry

IMG 6835 - Version 2Zaccaria Exhenry is a student at the University of Architecture in Mendrisio, Switzerland and is aspiring to become an Industrial Designer.

He has personal experience in humanitarian work, having participated in cooperative missions in India and Ecuador, as well as in specific missions in neonatology, assisting Dr. Riccardo Pfister in Moldavia and Cameroon. He is fluent in English, French, Italian and Spanish. 



Secretary - Dr Riccardo Pfister PhD

Dr. Riccardo Pfister PhD is head of the Neonatology Unit at the University Hospitals of Geneva and private docent at the University of Geneva in Switzerland. He has served as president of the Swiss Society for Neonatology since 2012. He is the father of two sons.

In additon to offering educanal programs in neonatology at his home hospital, Dr Pfister has more than10 years of experience as an expert in cooperation programs for emerging countries and frequently travels abroad to privide teaching programs on site.

Dr. Pfister’s experience in humanitarian neonatology has developed with the support of the University of Geneva and the University Hospital, with Swiss government funds, as well as with personal funds. He has established close contacts in Moldavia, Romania and several West African, Sub-Saharan countries, including an ongoing project developed in collaboration with a neonatology center in Cameroon.

Treasurer - Enea Exhenry

Enea Exhenry is an Economics and Management student at the University of St. Gallen, Switzerland. He was born in Australia and has accompanied his family on travels to many countries. 

He is fluent in English, French, Italian and German, and he wishes to dedicate some of his time to support the humanitarian efforts of the association 4earlylife, particularly by providing his expertise in the use of new technologies.
